NDIS & Regular Runs

How we work with NDIS participants

We are a registered business that provides taxi transport to plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. We are not currently a registered NDIS provider, so we cannot work with NDIA-managed plans at this time.

If your plan manager agrees, we send our tax invoices directly to them after each trip. Whether transport is funded under a plan is decided by the participant and their plan manager, so please check with them before your first booking.

Regular runs, set up once

Need the same trip every week or fortnight? We can set it up once and confirm the days and times with you.

Grocery pick-up and delivery: You place and pay for your Coles or Woolworths Click & Collect order, and we collect it and deliver it safely to your door.

Appointments: Regular trips to medical, allied health and specialist appointments.

Community and social trips: Shopping, social activities and visiting family and friends.

Work and day programs: Reliable pick-ups for regular work or program attendance.

Getting started

1. Tell us the trip. The route, how often, and your preferred days and times.

2. We send a quote. For regular trips we can agree a fixed fare in advance.

3. Your plan manager confirms. We ask for their written agreement to be invoiced before the first trip.

4. We drive, then invoice. A tax invoice goes to your plan manager after each trip, quoting the participant name and NDIS number.

Subsidised taxi travel (PTSS)

Eligible people with disability can use the Passenger Transport Subsidy Scheme (PTSS), which replaced the Taxi User Subsidy Scheme (TUSS) in WA. We accept PTSS cards.
